Hetero Biopharma – Awarded in the category of “Excellence in Pharma Packaging”
Hetero Biopharma, the biologics arm of Hetero Group was awarded with “Excellence in Pharma: Packaging” for its anti-counterfeiting and safety packaging in a seminar held on “Anti-counterfeiting & Compliance and Awards”. This event was organised by Realmed solutions Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Ministry of Medical and Health, Government of Telangana on 21st of June 2019 at Novotel, Hyderabad.
The seminar kicked off with a panel discussion on “Indian Pharma counterfeiting and compliance challenges and road ahead” in which various small, mid and large size pharma organisations of the region have participated. The objective of the seminar was the adoption of digital technology and advancement in packaging techniques to strengthen the anti-counterfeiting measures and ensure that the patients get the authentic medicines.
On behalf of Hetero Biopharma, Mr. Ramesh Reddy - Marketing Manager and Sharath D., Asst. Manager - Marketing presented the unique features of Hetero Biopharma’s product packing. The presentation which highlighted distinguishing features of our packing which safeguard the authenticity of the product and its track and trace features among many others helped us to bag the award. The jury members chosen to judge were experts belonging to various domains of pharma industry.
Dignitaries like Shri Jayesh Ranjan - Secretary IT, Smt. Rama Devi - OSD Emerging Technology, Govt of Telangana and many other industry experts attended the event. Hetero Biopharma received the award from the hands of Smt. Rama Devi – OSD Emerging Technology, Govt. of Telangana.
